Payments & Refunds
Direct Deposit (Internet Banking, no fees apply) Internet Banking/Direct Deposit is our preferred method of payment. There are no verifcation procedures necessary when using this payment method.
Internet Banking/Direct Deposit payments usually show in our account overnight with the exception of weekends. If a payment is made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the following Tuesday.
Funds need to show in our account before your order can be processed and shipped.
To ensure your order is processed promptly please ensure you use your order number and surname as reference so that your payment is easy for us to find. Bank account details are supplied during the checkout process when you add an item to your cart and proceed to the payment page.
Please note, all website transactions are processed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars)
Refunds will only be accepted should the product arrive DOA (dead on arrival) or is not fit for purpose as set our in the CGA (consumer guarantees act 2004) Please note that we do not need to refund you for a change of mind purpose, so please choose carefully before buying. Should you wish to request a refund or return please email us first to get an RMA number and directions on the process.
Our credit card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the worlds leading payment gateways. All transactions are processed using 128bit or higher encryption and no credit card details are retained on our servers.
